Acting in concert with the students co-operative An Tionad Glas is proud to host a new iniative aimed at members of the public who would like something extra special for their family and loved ones this Christmas.
Having seen the range of mass manufactured goods being displayed in the shops in the run up to Christmas, we thought it would be a good idea to put together a hamper which gives an idea of the wide range of ethical goods which are available to the public. As part of our on-going project to plant trees with the help of trad-fusion band ‘Kila’ we will be able to plant a tree on behalf of the customer for each hamper purchased- A true ‘Eco-Hamper’!
To best display these goods we have woven baskets from 2 different sizes so as to accomodate all budgets.There are a wide variety of items on offer, from hand knitted stockings for the kids to organic wine, handmade herbal remedies, etc.
Orders are being taken from the first of november.They will be available for collection in the fortnight before christmas- Some hampers will be hand delivered in the vicinity of Dromcollogher.
