An tIonad Glas is pleased to congratulate Dr Sinead Neiland and Derrick Lyons on their wedding in Dromcollogher on August 17th. The couple, both graduates of An tIonad Glas the Organic College, catered for over a hundred guests at their home in Broadford.
In the true co-operative-méitheal tradition, a detailed plan was drawn up and executed by a dedicated team of organic students, graduates and friends. The ceremony, food, drink, catering, music, singing and flowers were practically all sourced locally.
